Job Requirements:
Experience:4-6 years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably in freight sales, logistics, or related industries.
Education:A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Prospecting:Expertise in identifying and qualifying potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other methods.
Multitasking:Ability to manage multiple accounts, opportunities, and projects simultaneously.
Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present products and services.
Negotiation:Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
Persistence:A proven track record of perseverance in pursuing leads and overcoming objections.
Technical Proficiency:Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and spreadsheet organization.
